How do I receive my compensation?

If we do not have yet your bank account number (from previous claims) we will send you an email asking for it as long as you are entitled to some sort of compensation. We will transfer the compensation amount to that account.

How long does it take to receive my compensation?

We trigger your compensation in real time, this is just a few minutes after we know the flight has been delayed, diverted or cancelled. However and depending on your bank it may take up to 48h to receive the funds.

Who gets paid when there are multiple passengers insured?

If the insureds are eligible for compensation we will contact the policyholder asking for one single bank account number. We will transfer the compensation of all passengers insured to one account only.

How do I receive my repair compensation (pmv and motorcycles)?

After completing the claim, the claims team will contact you as soon as possible to tell you what the next steps are. Once you have the workshop budget (which you can freely choose) you should send it to claims @ clevera.com or the following WhatsApp +34 911230882. The claims team will assess it and tell you how much it pays you. After that, you can proceed to pay for the repair and we will reimburse you for that amount once you send us the invoice.

Once you have provided us with all the necessary information, we will make the corresponding bank transfer as soon as possible.
