How can I create an account at Cleverea?

To create an account in Cleverea, you only need to have an email, in the registration form you must enter your data, name and surname, email and password. Once you have registered you will receive a welcome email.

Have you forgotten your password?

  • If you do not remember the password you entered to register in Cleverea, you can press on the option 'Have you forgotten your password?' in the app or on the web, and you will receive an email with the instructions to follow to your email linked to Cleverea
  • If you do not receive the email after a reasonable time, look in the spam folder or you may be requesting the password from another email that is not the one linked to Cleverea, please use the email you used to create your account.

How can I enable/disable notifications?

  • To manage notifications you must access 'My profile', the option is in the right side menu
  • From there you can decide which notifications you want to deactivate or activate.

How do I check my data or modify it?

If you want to consult or modify your data, access 'My Profile' in the right side menu. Once there you can change personal data, add or delete cards, change the language, activate or deactivate notifications ...
